This Paris apartment rental is located in the 5th quarter and was entirely renovated in 2005. There are 3.5 m high ceilings creating plenty of space for up to four people.

Located on the 2nd floor, this apartment in Paris is 38m2 and it luminous and modern in design. The bedroom comes with a double bed and there's an additional double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom comes with a shower.

You will also have all modern comforts including internet and satellite TV to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

This Paris apartment rental is ideally located, in the heart of the very touristic area of "Mouffetard", in the centre of Paris, near the Pantheon. You'll be a short walk to the nearest metro (100 m) and shops, restaurants and cafes are on your doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, so close to the Metro stop 'Place Monge' . Everything was provided for our comfort and the street it was on was full of small restaurants - so handy.

It was a great apartment, very clean and well equipped and the owners were very helpful, even to the point of giving us a lift to the station on our day of departure - a pleasure to stay there.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
