The settee converts into a comfortable queen size bed (W160 cm). Four Louis XVI style chairs surround a large, round, glass-topped table. A touch of modernity is added by the flat screen cable TV with DVD player, a hi-fi, a high-speed Internet connection with WIFI and a telephone.
An open stairway leads to a low mezzanine with a mirrored chest of draws and a double bed (W140 cm).

In this historical area of Paris there are many museums within walking distance: Musée Picasso, Musée Cognac-Jay, Musée Carnavalet, Jewish Museum, the Archives Nationales and the Bibliothèque Historique de Paris. Aristocratic mansions with formal gardens and noble courtyards also abound. The antique market in the Village Saint-Paul is close by, as are the place des Vosges and the gay quarter in the rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. The Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame cathedral, the Ile Saint-Louis and the night life of La Bastille are all only ten minutes away.
