Paris rental description
This charming 40 m2 Paris Holiday Apartment is bright and calm. This rental apartment is located in the heart of Paris on the third floor of a seventeenth century building which is very well secured (front door with a gate, code and interphone). The apartment has two rooms and a bathroom with toilets, a large living room divided into three parts, kitchen, dining room, living room, next to a small bedroom. It can easily accomodate either two or three people or a couple with two children. A very large cupboard with a mirror allows to accomodate clothing, extra heating systems, a ventilator, an ironing board, a clothes horse. A child can very easily sleep there on a removable mattress. Another convertible bed for one person completes the bedding possibilities of this living room equipped with tv set, dvd player and a small HiFi system (radio and Cd player). The bedroom has a king sized bed, a commode with a second adjustable TV set, and a window that overlooks the patio of the building. The bathroom has toilets has a very nice shower, a wash basin, and mirror lit from both sides.

You will in the neighbourhood several of the most important and charismatic sites including the Notre Dame, Sorbonne University, Cluny Museum, Saint Severin, Sainte Chapelle and the Pantheon. The district is also known for its jazz clubs, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and many bookstores. And the Seine river is just next to the apartment.  Perfect location in a quiet street and yet a buzzing area, less than 200 metres from Notra Dame. Spotless apartment , every facility highly recommended. (01-10-2011) We had a great stay. The location was absolutely fantastic. We could hear the bells of Notre Dame as it was just down the street. Great restaurants, bakeries, and markets all within a 2 minute walk. Subway also just up the street. We walked every where ,even to the Eiffel Tower! Yves was also very helpful pointing out the best local spots and getting us set up with the internet. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the bath towels smelled like cigarette smoke. But that can be fixed by not having them exposed to it. Allison O (02-03-2011) |

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.
Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
