Situated on the second floor, this vacation apartment in Paris sits in a traditional 19th century building with big windows overlooking a green courtyard and the surrounding area. It has beautiful old traditional wooden flooring and high ceilings to give it a truly antique Parisian feeling.

The Paris apartment consists of a comfortable living room with a lit gigogne which is the French combination of a sofa and bed which is extremely comfortable. The living room also features side chairs and a wonderful antique escritoire if you have to work during your visit in Paris. Furthermore, this vacation apartment offers a luxurious granite dining/bar area for drinks and meals.It is adjacent to the kitchen which was beautifully renovated in 2003 and enjoys its own view over the courtyard.

Just off the bedroom, the bathroom has a tub with shower and marble topped vanity. There is a seperate toilet near the front door. The very quite bedroom provides a lovely marble fireplace, a king-size bed and a mirrored closet which offers plenty of storage space for your clothes and bags.

About Paris Montparnasse

The vacation apartment in Paris is located on the rue de Chateau, about a ten minutes walk from the Montparnasse area (a favorite haunt of Hemingway and the 1920’s Lost Generation). This Left Bank location is in a traditional part of Paris with typical butchers, bakers, and cafes, interspersed with more trendy bars and restaurants spreading out from the Montparnasse area.

It is a wonderful area for a very Parisian experience.
