This lovely decorated Paris holiday apartment is a beautiful 66sqm duplex penthouse. On top of enjoying the immaculate and recently redecorated interior the unaique feature of this apartment is the terrace with plants and exotic wooden table where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts or diners.

This holiday rental apartment can sleep up to 6 persons. When you come in, a corridor leads you to the 2 bedrooms and to the 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x190cm), leather poufs, and a hanging flat screen cable TV. The second beroom has a double sofa-bed. The slate-grey bathrrom has a bathtube with showerhead, a wash basin and WC.The second bathroom has a shower.

You can reach the first floor by the wooden stairs and to enter the living room equipped with a double sofa-bed, a coffee table, a fireplace, a flat screen cable TV. The coffee table can be changed in a big dining table for family diners or receive friends. On the left of the stairs, you can find the full equipped kitchen.
