This nice two rooms holiday rental apartment of 60sqm comfortably welcomes up to 4 persons. The large living room, overlooking a courtyard, is fitted with flooring and offers a double sofa-bed.

The modern and full aquipped kitchen is also the dining room thanks to its table and its 4 chairs.
The bedroom has a big double bed (160x200cm), and lead to the bathrrom equipped with a wash basin and bathtube with showerhead. Toilets are in a separate room.

There is a public car-park less than 200m from the apartment.

The holiday apartment is located on a quiet street near the Saint Germain quarter, at the hub of Paris features including within a ten-minute walk: the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Champ de Mars, and the fantastic Invalides, the Pont de l`Alma, the quays of the Seine.

You will be in in the neighbourhood of the Rodin museum as well as Les Invalides. It is very conveniently and centrally situated.

It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops, stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoy the nearby open market at avenue de Breteuil, every Thursdays and Saturdays.

You will find several metro station next to the apartment, really convenient to reach every site of the capital.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
