This Paris apartment rental is located in the 12th district of Paris, a few steps away from the Opera-Bastille, designed by the very important architect Carlos Ott and characterised by its glass façade and the use of identical materials inside and outside.

This Paris apartment is on the 4th floor, with an elevator. The entry displays a library full of books and movies. On the left of the entrance is a separate kitchen equipped with a four-burner range, a traditional oven, a fridge, a coffeemaker, dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. On the right is a 35 square metres double salon. It consists of a sitting room with a sofa-bed for 2 people and also Cable TV and a stereo. On the other side, the dining area includes a table for up to 8 people and a desk corner.

A long corridor brings you to the guest area of this Paris apartment, including the bedroom itself and the bathroom (shower/tub and sink), and also a washing machine. The toilets are located in a separate area.
