This 110m2 three floor short term stay apartment, in the Saint Germain district, will sleep up to four people.

Located over three floors, the main floor of this Paris Accommodation, you will find the 36 square meters living/dining room with 2 sofas, coffee table, 2 armchairs, fireplace, hard wooden floor and a table for 6 people. The well equiped kitchen will provide you all of the utensils you need. On the first floor, the 1st bedroom comes with a large desk, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the top floor, you'll find the 2nd bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. From this bedroom, you'll have a view on all Paris with the Eiffel tower just in front.

The terrace on the Paris roofs will give you a view on the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower and the Sacre Coeur. A great place to have your breakfast, diner or just your glass of wine.

The apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator until the 4th floor).

In the heart of the 6th arrondissement, this neighborhood is famous for having the highest concentration of art dealers and antiques galeries. On the banks of the Seine, the bouquinistes sell vintage miscellania and antique books from green wooden boxes. Saint-Germain is also one of Paris’s top fashion shopping areas. It is situated in the 5th and 6th arrondissement of paris. Many shops and stores are close to the apartment : Bakery, Butchery, Supermarket, Open air market, Theater, Restaurant, Cafe, Club, ...

This is an amazing and spacious apartment that has fantastic views of Paris, especially at night. The location of the apartment is very convenient and is close to everything that you would want while staying in Paris. The interior design is high class and reflects Parisian style. The apartment was clean and orderly, with all amenities provided. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Our only minor complaints are that the washing machine was quite difficult to use and the air conditioning was not always effective in cooling the house. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend Odeon Terrace to anyone.

Eiffel Tower view from your bed and a view from the "throne"? A view of Notre Dame from the terrace? Two minute walk to the Louvre? Close to the Metro? A home in Paris? Everything at your doorstep? Yes, it's all here. From the moment we booked this fabulous accommodation, to the moment we arrived, and to the very end of our stay we felt like Parisians. Holiday Velvet was great to work with and handled everything for us. As international travelers we were concerned about booking with Holiday Velvet but our concerns were put to rest by the professionalism, dedication to detail, and the online support. One glitch was our driver was not waiting for us at the gate as we planned but we had their number and called them. If this is the only glitch then we did alright! The apartment was spacious and bright. It had all the amenities for our two week stay that a hotel surely could not offer. Kudos to James for constantly updating us, Maeve for her tour and accommodating our tight schedule with the previous guests, and our driver who was early to pick us up for our return flight. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting complete peace and privacy, as this is something important to us when we travel. We bought fresh flowers, played music on the CD player, cooked our own meals in the efficient kitchen, and watched the nightly display of the Parisian skyline in the evening. The apartment was spotless and the beds comfortable. The common areas welcoming for playing games and conversation. For a true Parisian experience and one with highlights beyond belief we recommend Odeon Terrace to you and your family and friends. Just don't book it when we want to return! Oh, a note to the owners, a bit of maintenance on the windows (not doors) in the living room. They leaked a bit when it rained. Also in the bedroom on the top floor, the shower leaked on the floor. Nothing a towel put down didn't soak up in both instances. And, the oven still needs fixing! Thank you very much.

The location is amazing as it's a short walk to the Louvre, on the same street as numerous eateries, markets and art dealers. The apartment has plenty of room for 2 couples. The upstairs bedroom has direct views of the Eiffel Tower as well as even more amazing views from the terrace. There are two huge bathrooms, one with a tub big enough for two. There is also a small half bath on the main level. The kitchen is full size with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. There is a lovely sound system with nice collection of classical music for your enjoyment. A lovely place I would not hesitate to return to again and again.

Our experience with Holiday Velvet was wonderful. This is the first time we've rented an apartment and it was our first trip to Paris and our stay at the Odeon Terrace made the entire experience nothing short of magical. From the terrace we were surrounded by the whole of Paris and our night light was the effervescent sparkle of the Eiffel Tower. Jean-Baptiste, James, the driver Hakim and Maeva were all extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and keen to do whatever they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will certainly be recommending Holiday Velvet rentals to all our frients.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
