This very sunny and quiet apartment rental in Paris is located in a beautiful modern building, in edge of the Montsouris Park one of the most famous parks of Paris and near "la Butte aux Cailles", charming village in Paris.It is has two very luminous rooms , located at the 5th floor, with elevator and exposed to the south . The access to the building is secured by a double system (digicode + intercom).
It is made up of an entrance with a large closet, a wall cupboard, a pedestal table, an office with computer, unlimited high speed Internet access, unlimited telephone (local and national).
The living room (26m2) is lit by a large picture window, with a sight released on an interior garden, the trees of the park in background to 100 meters, the roofs of Paris in background. It includes a leather settee, a double sofa bed very comfortable, a table Louis Philippe authenticates, a convenient Louis XVI , a Voltaire armchair, a television set with DVD and TNT, two armchairs and two chairs of style Louis XVI.
The open kitchen, is completely equipped with plate with induction, fridge-freezer, furnace multifunction, washing machine, dishwasher for twelve people.
The room (12 m2), with large picture window on garden, very calm, is furnished with a bed 140 X 200, a convenient LOUIS XVI , two bedside tables,un small desk.
The WC are independent, with permanent air distribution. The bathroom is very functional with a shower with large opening.
The balcony (12m2).longe the apartment; It is the ideal place for reading, aperitif or the breakfast on the table bar.

The apartment rental in Paris is located in a beautiful residence, a few steps of the Park Montsouris with its lake, its trees centenaries,its rosery; to 500 m of "la Butte aux Cailles", a picturesque village in Paris and at 10 minutes of the famous place Denfert- Rochereau. One 2nd entrance gives on the street of L Admiral Mouchez with all the shops and stores .
The airport Roissy Charles de Gaule access is direct by the RER B left cité universitaire station, to 300 m of the apartment.
The bus stop Orly which serves Orly airport is just to 50 m.
Bus 21 stop is at 20m gives a random access to the Latin Quarter, to Ile de la Cité, to Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier.
Bus 67 to 200 m can lead you to Pigalle and Montmartre.
The Glacière subway is with 200m. Hospitals near :Cochin and Pitié Salpétrière.
