This apartment in Paris can sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and the 6th person sleeps on a roll out bed.

Located on the 6th floor with elevator, this clean, very well presented and quiet apartment has it all. The design is modern and it's equipped with all modern comforts to ensure stay in Paris is a memorable one.

From this Paris vacation apartment, the view of the Eiffel Tower is just from the corner of the building and you can walk there in 20-30 min. There are lots of useful amenities nearby ( supermarkets, boulangerie, restaurants etc.) as well as the metro.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
