Stripped down to the essentials for the latest in chic Parisian design, this holiday apartment in Paris has white walls and uses its 18th-century brute materials as natural decoration, with an open-rock wall, and original beams in the ceiling, dating from the time of construction and where the signature of the 18th-century carpenter can still be seen.

The light hardwood floors are new, but only add to a harmonious ensemble. The 18th century Walk up building is equipped with security code. The 39 sqm living/dining room has 4 windows facing the street and it is furnished with a sofa bed, dining table ans stting chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a tiled floor.

The bedroom of this holiday apartment has a window facing the courtyard and the bathroom has 1 ventilation window providing a bathtub with showerhead. Because of the mezzanine which is equipped with two single mattresses the Paris apartment sleeps up 6 people.
