This Paris Holiday Apartment is on the fifth floor (elevator available) of a 18th century building (entrance door with security system). The 76 m2 Apartment includes a 30 m2 drawing room, 15m2 bedroom, an office/second bedroom, separate bathroom, a kitchen and a 18 m2 balcony.

Sleeping facilities up to 4 people (Queen size bed for 2 and comfortable Sofa Bed). Fully equipped kitchen Washing machine and Dryer. Cable TV (with international channels and radio).

Located in the heart of Paris, this Paris holiday apartment is close to the Paris Stock Exchange "La Bourse", the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries gardens, the Palais Royal, and lots of famous fashion shops. Other areas such as St Germain, the Marais, the Quartier Latin, Notre Dame and the Ile St Louis are easily accessible by walking (10 - 15 minutes). The Quartier Montorgueil is the largest pedestrian area of Paris with some of the capital's most famous restaurants, cafes and food shops. The flat is close to direct subway lines to Charles de Gaulle and Orly aiports, and Eurostar (train terminal for London).

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
