The living area has a balcony overlooking the famous Beaubourg place, at the first rank in front of the Georges Pompidou Center and all its attractions! The living room provides a quality sofa bed for 2 persons, a table with 6 chairs, a TV furniture with cable TV, DVD player and HIFI. The corridor goes to two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The two bedrooms offer a double bed (160x200cm) and two single beds. This Paris holiday apartment can sleep up 6 people and the building has two security doors with digicode.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
