This newly renovated holiday apartment in Paris is located in the heart of the Marais district, steps from the Hotel de Ville metro station. This one-bedroom apartment is very bright and is located on the third floor of a traditional Parisian building.

The short-term rental comes with beautiful exterior stonewalls and lovely interior wooden beams. This 23 m2 Paris apartment comfortably sleeps up to three guests: 2 guests in a queen-size bed in the bedroom and one additional guest on a sofa bed in the living room.

This Paris apartment also includes French & English TV + DVD/CD player + videos, a telephone/fax/answering machine. The full kitchenette has a electric cook top, an oven/grill, microwave, a clothes washer/dryer, an electric coffee pot and a dining table that can comfortably sit 4 persons - perfect for evening meals! The full bathroom features a stand up shower.

This holiday apartment in Paris is located steps from the rue Ste-Croix de la Bretonnerie and is close to numerous banks, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries and churches.

I couldn't be happier with the location, and the place was clean and well-kept. Our host was gracious and welcoming, and even gave us a tour of the neighborhood to help us settle in. The apartment was VERY small, but we knew that going in. We had trouble with a stopped-up shower drain, and the washing machine broke while we were there... which was difficult as we were in the middle of a 10 day trip. In retrospect, we should have taken up the offer of free laundromat service instead. All that said, I would use the apartment again! Much better value than a hotel room, especially for groups of 3.

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
