This charming Paris Accommodation is situated in rue Las Cases, in the 7th district, at first French floor 18th Century building located very close to the Orsay Museum. The building is located in a very safe area. It consists of a small entry, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. All windows look at an internal quiet internal court.

The bedroom has a double bed, a wide wall cupboard; and its bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilette. The livingroom is furnished by a sofa convertible in a comfortable 160x200 cm bed, a divan, a dining table and minor furnishings.

There is a second bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilette. The kitchen provides fridge, four electric plates, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker, and a small table.

This luxury and new Paris accommodation is located Rue Las Cases, in the 7th district, minutes away from the Metro station, within a 2 minutes walking distance of from Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. You will be in in the neighbourhood of the Rodin museum as well as Les Invalides.

It is very conveniently and centrally situated, just 4 stops (10 mins) to St Germain des Près, the Notre Dame, the Sorbonne in the Latin district and Luxembourg gardens. Enjoy the nearby open market at avenue de Breteuil, every Thursdays and Saturdays.

The nearest Metro station is Solferino (line 12).

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 59 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .
