This newly refurbished two bedroom accommodation in Paris (124 sqm) comes with a with large living area and is located just South of Parc Monceau in the 8th arrondissement.

As you enter the hall area of this accommodation rental, you'll see the beautiful chandelier wall lighting, which leads directly through to the large double living space (50 square meters). Luminated from the four large French windows the living room has an original period white marble fireplace and parquet flooring. Well furnished with high quality velvet sofas, soft lamp lighting, and selective antique decorative pieces adorning the walls. For your convenience, a sofa bed is also found here for any additional guests and an antique table for formal dining. There is also an antique desk on which an Apple laptop and Bose i-Pod dock can be found, and in the main seating area, a plasma TV and DVD player.

In the hall behind mirrored paneled walls you'll find the shower room/guest cloakroom. You'll also find the kitchen from the hallway fitted with white cabinets and black granite worktops with Miele appliances and an additional area for casual dining/breakfast.

Leading from the kitchen/dining area you'll find the two bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and the second contains two single beds which can be joined to form a king sized double.

The newly fitted carrera marble bathroom with classic chrome fittings is situated between the two bedrooms and includes a bath with a wall mounted shower.

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment has fragile antiques, as well as curtains and furniture that are made from delicate and expensive fabrics. This could be difficult for families with small children. You would know best whether you would be comfortable having your children in this apartment.

When you step out your door, you will find yourself in one of Paris' most stunning and desirable residential neighborhoods, within walking distance to a number of museums, markets, cafes, and other well-known sites. Foodies will love exploring the nearby Marché Lévis, one of Paris' renowned market streets, where you can browse numerous bakeries, patisseries, chocolate shops, produce stands, cheese shops, and more. In addition, the breathtaking Parc Monceau is just a short walk from the apartment, and makes the perfect place to enjoy a picnic after a morning of browsing at the market. 

To soak up a bit of local history, you can visit the nearby Musée Nissim de Camondo or the Musée Jacquemart-André. Both are housed in extraordinary private mansions and offer a glimpse into the lives of Paris' bourgeois families at the turn of the 20th century.

For guests who like to shop, the apartment is situated close to the Champs-Elysées, the designer boutiques of rue Faubourg St. Honoré, and the famous Parisian department stores Printemps and Galleries Lafayette.
