This spacious one bedroom vacation apartment in Paris of 45 m2 is located on the 5th floor of an historical building in the 2nd arrondisement. There is an elevator to the 4th floor and stairs up to the top floor. The Paris apartment comprises of a living room with several antique pieces of furniture, a sofa bed for 2, coffee table and armchairs. Also there is cable TV and Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer and washing machine. The bedroom comes with a double bed and the bathroom with a bathtub.

The vacation apartment is ideally located in the centre of Paris, just a few steps from the Grand Boulevards (named Italiens, Montmartre, Poissonniere and Bonne Nouvelle) with a lot of restaurants, cafes, cinemas and theatres. Antique shops surround the famous salon Drouot. Within 10 minutes walk the main department stores Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps offer the top of fashion. Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.
Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
