This cosy, 30 m2, non-smoking Paris apartment rental is situated in the Le Marais/National Archives area. The apartment can comfortably sleep two guests in a queen-size bed in the main room. The studio apartment is situated on the first floor of a traditional Parisian building and is accessible by stairs and/or elevator.

The main room of this Paris apartment has two armchairs, a writing desk, French and English cable TV and a telephone/answering machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom features a large shower/bath.

Linen, cookware and kitchen utensils are all provided. Also included is a free cleaning service once per week. Utilities and taxes are included in the rate.

Very central, but washing machine could be updated so it is more modern. We did not use it because we were apprehensive of the cage inside and there was a 500 euro fine if the machine was broken! Apart from that we very much enjoyed our time in Paris at the apartment. It was very clean and the price was reasonable.

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
