This wonderful top floor Paris vacation apartment rental has a surface of 60 m2. It has an amazing view over the rooftops of Le Marais. It is a 2 bedroom accommodation in what is probably Paris' trendiest neighbourhood.

This Paris apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests: two guests in a queen-size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms, and one additional guest on a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is on the sixth floor of a historical Parisian building and can be accessed by elevator and stairs (the lift goes only to the 5th, then you'll need to climb a few steps to the 6th).

In the living room is a sofa bed, a writing desk, armchairs, French and English cable TV and a telephone with answering machine. Each of the bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a dressing table.

This is a perfect apartment for a couple or a small family.

This Paris vacation apartment rental is in Le Marais in Paris which is a very sought-after area, with plenty of good nightlife to sample and also many unique boutique shops. By choosing an apartment in Marais you will be in the center of Paris.

The most famous attraction close by is the Pompidou Center but you are also only about 10 minutes from Les Halles and the National Archives.

The apartment in rue Rambuteau was perfect for us. The view was great, and it was quiet being up 6 floors. Above all the location was excellent - a short walk to Notre Dame, Pompidou, and 2 blocks to the metro. Also numerous local bakeries, shops, cafes, and historic sites such as Carnavalet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the small bathroom/shower, but it was sufficient.

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
