This beautiful, 65 m2, non-smoking apartment rental in Paris is situated in the Le Marais area, close to the Hotel de Ville metro station. This short term rental comfortably sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed in the bedroom, two additional guests on trundle beds in the bedroom and up to two additional guests on a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a traditional Parisian building and is accessible by stairs.

The main room has two armchairs, a dining table, French and English cable , and a telephone/fax/answering machine.

The full kitchen has a four-unit electric cook top, an oven/grill, a microwave, a refrigerator , a coffee pot, a clothes washer/dryer, a dishwasher.

The full bathroom features a large shower/bath and a space heater.

Linen, cookware and kitchen utensils are all provided. Also included is a free cleaning service once per week. Utilities and taxes are included in the rate.

This large apartment rental in Paris is less than 2 minutes’ walk from the Beaubourg/Pompidou Center, less than 5 minutes’ walk from Les Halles and the National Archives - and less than 15 minutes' walk from Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle and the Latin Quarter.

We could not really fault our apartment in the marais.the location was perfect if a little noisy at night with the bar across the road--but hey when you stay in the middle of Paris...There was plenty of room for the three of us and our seven year old daughter had no problems sleeping on the lounge.It has to be said though that the bed we slept in was barely long enough . In fact when I stretched out I could touch the end and I am only 5ft 8 in the old language.That was the only negative. The kitchen was well fiited out, the bathroom was fine if a little awkward to get the shower working.We enjoyed having the French doors being opened for breakfast and while the floors were a little uneven, it added to the rustic feel accentuated by the exposed beams.There was a man to meet us when we arrived who explained everything we needed to know about our apartment. The owners also had someone come around quite quickly when we noticed a nail sticking out of the floor.For such a central location..a twenty five min walk to the Place de La Concorde and just one block from the Rue de Rivoli, the price was excellent.And even though we were there in late March when the outside temperature was not high, the apartment was never cold, yet I couldn't find an obvious heating source.There would be no hesitation in staying there again.

Cancellation Policy

Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 45 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning and in case you have already made the balance payment, 100% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.
Between 7 and 45 days: In case of cancellation between seven and forty-five days before the arrival, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is reimbursed.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation seven days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
