Charming townhouse located in a pedestrian flowered alley, listed historic quarter (old ebenists workshops and houses: quiet and romantic quarter) and remade to nine by an architect. This Paris vacation rental can be found on the ground floor, and you can find the bathroom tiled mixing wood and fayence, comprising a washing machine, a broad shower vat, a sink as well as furniture out of wooden. At the first floor, with access with wooden stairs, you will find a principal room part includes a corner « living room » (sofa, 2 convertible simple armchairs, 1 pouf, cable television, DVD reader, Wifi network and high speed internet connexion, telephone), a corner « dining room » (table, 6 chairs), a corner « bar » as well as an open kitchen very well equipped (dishwasher, plates vitroceramics, furnace, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, raclette gril, expresso coffee machine, kettle, and complete service of crockery) and separate restrooms.

At the first floor, you have a room (mezzanine) including a double bed (140x190cm), a bedside table, a fan, arrangements, and a closet. Decoration, modern, respects the authencity of the place and its woodworks.
Hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner are at your disposal. Sheets and towels included.

All the trade are within reach: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hospital... the district is very calm but with two steps of bastille, where one finds restaurants typical, antique dealers, authentic tea rooms or hip & trendy bars. We are next to the market of « Aligre » where it is good to saunter, to take a glass (tea, wine). The house is on metro lines 1 and 8 (line 1 serves almost all the most famous places to visit and line 8: all pleasant stores, districts to walk, to have lunch in). We are at 5 minutes by foot of Nation metro station to go to spend the whole day at Disneyland Paris. You will be conquered by the place and its multiple possibilities!
