In the heart of a neighbourhood built between 1900 and 1930 around the Eiffel Tower, this spacious and bright vacation apartment in Paris is offered to you by a couple of architects.

Entirely renovated in a comfortable and modern fashion, it has a dining room with a very comfortable sofa-bed for two, a living room separated by a Japanese sliding partition, furnished with a sofa-gigogne that turns into two single beds, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a fully equiped kitchen.

The spacious bathroom with bathtub also provides a combined washer and dryer. The vacation apartment has a separate W.C.

This vacation apartment in Paris is situated on the 6th floor of a quality building from the 30`s, served by two spacious elevators, on a quiet street near the Saint Germain quarter, at the hub of Paris.

The Paris apartment is only a ten-minute walk away from: the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Champ de Mars, the Invalides, the Pont de l`Alma, the quays of the Seine. A 15- minute walk will take you to the Museum d`Orsay, the Latin Quarter and within 20 minutes you will be at the Tuileries, the Louvre, the Beaubourg Centre and the Marais, etc...

One 100 yards away, Saint-Dominique Street teeming with shops (Androuet, Pétrossian) restaurants and cafés. Well served by bus and subway leading directly to the Latin Quarter, Gare de Lyon Station, Châtelet/Hôtel-de-Ville.
