This 44 m2 apartment comfortably sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed in the bedroom area, and up to two additional guests on a sofa bed in the living room area.

The living room area of this Paris apartment, in addition to the luxurious double sofa bed, has Satellite TV, VCR + DVD player + videos, a stereo/CD player, a telephone/fax/answering machine and a low table. This large rental offers a dressing-room and luggage storage.

The full kitchen has a four-unit electric cook top (ceramic glass), a large oven/grill, a microwave, a dishwasher, a clothes washer/dryer and a dining table with 4 chairs. The full bathroom features a large bath/shower and with a separate WC. Linen, cookware and kitchen utensils are all provided. Facilities include a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Also included is a free cleaning service once per week.
