This 45 sqm recently refurbished Apartment rental in Paris, is on the top floor of an ancient building (4th floor via stairs). The apartment is located in Le Marais. It offers a large reception area with an open kitchen, a dining area, an office area and finally the living room itself. The living room countains a sofabed for 2. The place enjoys traditional wooden beams, wooden floor and a lot of windows facing several courtyards. The bedroom has a double bed, a large closet and an office area. The bathroom has a comfprtable bathtub. This is alltogether a beautiful apartment with all the charms of Le Marais.

Located right in the historical Marais Area, in a small and quiet street, and only a few steps from Centre Georges Pompidou also known as Beaubourg. Art galeries, all kinds of shopping, cafés, bistrots and also supermarket, bakery, chemist and drycleaning. 5 minuits walk to rue Montorgeuil and to rue de Bretagne - both wonderful streets with foodmarkets and foodstores. 10 min walk to La Seine, Notre Dame de Paris, Ile de la Cite and Ile St-Louis. The oldest house in Paris, the house of Nicolas Flamel from 1407, is in the neighborhood.
