This Paris apartment has an outstanding view on the Seine and it is located on Quai Bourbon On St Louis Island.

On the 1st floor walk up of an 18th century building this 102m² is perfectly located and can welcome 8 people comfortably thanks to 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms.

The entire apartment has wooden floor, except the kitchen and bathroom, and offers a great light all day long thanks to large and high windows all over the place.

When entering the large double living room, you’ll be amazed by the view on the Seine.
This large space has a dining area with a decorative marble chimney, dining table and chairs and a couch. The living part has a comfortable couch (which can be turned into a sofa bed for 2 people), antique armchairs, coffee table, cable TV and DVD player as well as a WiFi connection.

From the living you can reach the former Boudoir, which was converted into a bedroom, welcoming 2 guests with its bunk bed.
The master bedroom has visible beams, large closets and a double bed.
The 2nd bedroom, decorated with taste and antics, offers a large double bed.

From the living you can also reach the kitchen, completely renovated, with bistro Style thanks to a marble table. Fully equipped, this kitchen offers traditional oven, micro wave, electric burners, dish-washer, fridge, large freezer, a washing machine and of course all the pots, pans, glasses and plates you need to feel like home.

The bathroom offers a bathtub AND a shower, as well as a towels dryer, wash-basin. The toilets are separated.
