This vacation apartment in Paris is a 18th century property completely restored looking like a family house now. Its real charm it is getting because of the mixture of modern comfort and the outstanding location: the picturesque rue du Dragon lined with chic boutiques and lively restaurants.

On the first level of this vacation apartment, there is a small living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a desk with high speed internet. It also provides a fully equipped kitchen with window and a separated toilet.

On the second level, with private stairs, the apartment provides the bedroom with one double bed, an en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower stall.

Please note that the ceilings of the second floor are partially very low.

The small penthouse apartment is on the courtyard side with no view but the simple decor with impeccable equipment and the white walls enhanced by open wood beams and colourful fabrics make this apartment unique.

Cancellation Policy

Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it , if you cancel at any time between the day after you received the Booking Confirmation and the day when the rental balance is due or if the booking is cancelled by us due to nonpayment of the rental balance on time, you will lose your booking deposit.
Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it, if you cancel after the day when the rental balance is due or if you do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, you will lose the full rental cost (only the 'tenant deposit' paid will be refunded less extra charges if applicable). Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay. For stays of 3 months and more, special departure conditions may be applicable upon a specific prior agreement.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .

MODIFICATION
Changes of arrival date, length of stay can be considered as a cancellation. If the modification is accepted by us, a modification fee of 45 Euros will be charged.
