The apartment is in excellent condition and has modern amenities. Located on the 2nd floor, it is very bright and equipped with everything you will need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Paris.

The apartment consists of an open kitchen fully equipped (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, all necessary kitchen utensils) and a room with table and chairs, TV, DVD.

The apartment is in rue Pascal just at 50 meters of the beginning of the rue Mouffetard, one of the most picturesque streets in Paris and located in the very heart of the Latin Quarter.

Close to the Sorbonne, there are restaurants and cafes, bookshops, cinemas, theatres close at hand and street markets with everything you need.
The Luxembourg Gardens, the banks of the Seine and Notre Dame cathedral are just a short walk away. You will fall in love with this area, which has been the home of so many philosophers and writers (Hemingway's "A Moveable Feast" is situated here).

The location is superb, just a step away from the shops, markets and charm of rue Mouffetard. Visitors with luggage should be warned about the number of stairs to be climbed. The flat is really small and barely took 3 of us, but it was clean. The cooking pans were old and there was no tin opener (but we left our purchased one there by mistake).

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
