This 35 sqm holiday apartment in Paris is located in the heart of the St Germain de Prés area and offers a unique space for a couple or small family looking for a lovely retreat.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the building and is only accessible by stairs. Throughout this apartment there are oak wooden beams. The studio is very bright and available for short-term rental.

The cosy studio has one queen size bed and one double sofa bed located in the living room area. The bathroom is surrounded by blue and white tile and comes with a shower and washing machine. Linen and towels are supplied.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking units, a microwave, a coffeemaker - great for making meals and snacks.

This holiday apartment in Paris is on the left side of the Seine river. It is only a 100 metre walk to the St Germain de Prés area. Saint-Germain-des-Pres is known for its many street artists, like actors and painters. There are also a lot of art galleries, antique shops, bookshops and fashion boutiques in this area. Le Bon Marché is the most exclusive department store in Paris and is located a few blocks from the apartment.

There are two metro stations closeby; the St. Sulpice station (line 4) and the Sevres-Babylone station (lines 10 and 12).

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 59 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .
