This elegant Paris apartment rental, located on the 1st floor of an 18th century building in the heart of the St Germain de Prés area.

The refined apartment has an lovely and warm living room area with two fireplaces, tastefully deocrated with artwork and wooden floors thoughout.

The apartment has two double-sized bedrooms. The first offers a king size bed, a writing desk and an extra fireplace. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, several closets and a window that overlooks a courtyard. Through this second bedroom, a private bathroom can be accessed that has a shower.

The large, bright living room has a big comfrotable sofa, several armchairs, a coffee table and a small bed suited for a child or teenager. The common bathroom has been recently renovated and comes with a bathtub with a shower

The kitchen has a spacious dining table that seats 6 people as well has a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine.

If you are looking to stay on the Left Bank in a inviting apartment with friends or family than this apartment would suit.

This Paris apartment rental is on the left side of the Seine river. It is only a 100 metre walk to the St Germain de Prés area and to the Orsay Museum. Saint-Germain-des-Pres is known for its many street artists, like actors and painters. There are also a lot of art galleries, antique shops, bookshops and fashion boutiques in this area. Le Bon Marché is the most exclusive department store in Paris and is located a few blocks from the apartment.

There are two metro stations closeby; the St. Germain de Prés station (line 4) and the Rue du Bac-Solferino station (line 12).
