This 21sqm holiday apartment in Paris is a studio, located on the 4th floor via stairs in a 19th century building in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The Opéra Garnier and the major departments stores are very nearby. The Paris apartment comprises of a spacious living room with sofa bed, open kitchen fully equipped with bar & high chairs and bathroom with shower. It is fully refurbished in 2008 and also comes with cable TV and free Internet connection.

Furthermore there is a tiled fully equipped bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and shelves.

This holiday apartment in Paris is located on rue Joubert in the 9th arrondissement just beside the major departments stores of Paris : Les Galeries Lafayettes and Le Printemps. Within one minute walk you will find the Opera Garnier considered as one of the most beautiful architectural master piece of Paris.

A bit further is rue de la Paix, the wellknown Café de la Paix and Place Vendôme with the world famous jewelry boutiques Chomet, Van Cleef & Arpels. The studio is on walking distance to several major monuments and attractions such as Le Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Rivers Seine, Notre Dame de Paris and Champs Elysées.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 50% of the balance amount as stated on your voucher is due as a cancellation charge.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
