This 53 sqm Paris vacation apartment of charm and luxury has an exceptional position in the heart of active Paris between Note Dame, Beaubourg and the Louvre just a step from Le Marais. The apartment, exposed South and West, overlooking a car free area, is particularly loosened and brilliant. The “American style kitchen” is very functional and fully-equipped with a “space bar” leading to a spacious and airy dining room.

This apartment will comfortably sleep 4 adults in the 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 cm X 200cm) an the other also with a queen size bed (160cm X 190cm) which can be separated in two simple beds upon request. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilets. A vast wall cupboard equips one of the bedrooms and a separate dressing allows to empty suitcases without blocking the apartment.

This Paris vacation apartment is less than 10 minutes by foot from a diversity and variety of restaurants for all budgets and type of cuisine.

Many museums are within walking distance, such as Beaubourg, the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Sainte Chapelle, Picasso or Arts et métiers museums. The district also abounds in numerous shops of fashion and design at very accessible prices. Market and gastronomic shops are held nearby (street Montorgueil).

3. The balance as well as the refundable Security deposit payable of €600 are due one month before arrival

5.  For all arrivals/departures after 8 p.m. and before 8 a.m. or on Sunday and Public Holidays, there is a 50 euros extra fee to pay to the person who welcomes you. Check-in from 3pm, unless otherwise agreed.
