This Apartment in Paris is more than 100 square metres wide. It consists of a large living room furnished with two sofas, a prolongable table suitably up to 10 persons, and minor furnishing. One of the two sofas is convertible in a comfortable bed for 2 people.

The master bedroom has a queen size double bed, a wide cupboard, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom offer two twin single beds, cupboard, etc. There is also a second living room that can be transformed in a bedroom for one couple (or two singles), as you may see in the photos here below.

The kitchen is fully equipped: gaz and electric contact grills, traditional electric oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, a complet set of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen offer also a small table for the breakfast. The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower/tub, sink, toilette and bidet. There is also a laundry room with a small bed for one child if any.

This apartment is only few steps away from the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, within easy access to the Exhibition Centre Porte De Versailles. You will enjoy the quietness of the residential area as well as the possibility to stroll and dine in the Rue du Commerce nearby. Thanks to its position the apartment is a good starting point to visit all the most important sites of the city and it is well connected with public transport.

The nearest subway stations are: LaMotte-Picquet (lines 6, 8 ,10) and Emile Zola (line 10)

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 59 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .
