This 67m2 Paris accommodation is on a Hausmanian building, with concierge and digicode in the 16th arrondissement Avenue du President Kennedy, with an amazing view on the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.

This Paris accommodation is a duplex offering wooden floors throughout, large windows, can accommodate 4 people. Well furnished, the apartment offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere in a bright and sunny environment, all over parquet flooring and windows overlooking the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table and 4 chairs. Cable TV, and high speed Internet connection are at your disposal.

The night area offers a bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed (140X200cm), wood shelves, table and chairs.

Downstairs The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hotplates dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, freezer, oven, micro-wave, boiler, toaster, coffee maker plus all the dishes and utensils necessary.

This Paris accommodation, is on edge of the 7th and 15th arrondissements, one of the most elegant areas of Paris, at walking distance to Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

You will be in in the neighbourhood of the Rodin museum as well as Les Invalides. It is very conveniently and centrally situated.

It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops, stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoy the nearby open market at avenue de Breteuil, every Thursdays and Saturdays.

You will find several metro station next to the apartment, really convenient to reach every site of the capital.

Although we expected a good experience through Holiday Velvet , the property, location and service exceeded our expectations. A very enjoyable, smooth stay. Would not hesitate to rebook.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.

Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
