This cosmopolitan 80 square meters holiday rental apartment is an eclectic 2-bedroom apartment is located in the 6th arrondissement, on the 7th French and it sleeps 4 people.

The 26m2 Living room and dining room has a sweeping view of the rooftops of Paris, the Eiffel Tower and the golden dome of Les Invalides. The balcony in front of the dining area is large enough for a bar-b-q, a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely meal with a view. The living and dining rooms are eclectically and tastefully furnished. The 4m2 cozy kitchen, just off the dining and living area, is fully equipped.

The 14m2 main bedroom enjoys the same view as the living and dining areas. This room is eclectically furnished with antiques and 20th century design. It also has a television with cable and a queen-size bed. The 12m2 second bedroom has a double bed and a large windowed door leading out yet to another balcony!

The large 7m2 bathroom has an old-fashioned bathtub, a rare comfort in Paris. For those that do not like baths, there is a shower head. The white porcelain art deco sink also looks good on the dark floor tile. This room also has a washer and separate dryer.

The Art Deco building, composed of angular stone, wood, with hints of gleaming bronze, as well as a beautiful mosaic floor in the entrance hall, has a wood 1920’s elevator. The building is secure, with a door code for the street, an intercom or key to get to the elevator and staircase, and a concierge.

This holiday rental apartment is located on the rue de Rennes, between St. Germain and Montparnasse. The tenant therefore has their choice between the theaters and restaurants of either area, a taste of where Paris’ intgelligencia had coffee on terraces and shared conversation over meals.

Many shops and stores are close to this holiday apartment, grocery stores, drug stores, chic clothing, design and decoration. The area also boasts being practically walking distance to many sites, or otherwise just a couple metro stops away.
