Recently, architect renovated accommodation in Paris located on the 2nd floor apartment with large, open plan living space and separate, calm bedroom. Wooden floors, original beam ceiling and well lit with 2 large windows, also cool in summer as no direct sunlight. Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and new appliances. Tastefully decorated to maximize space, with original paintings from well known Parisian artist.

The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people but can sleep 4 via a new, very comfortable, double sofa bed in the living space.

Features: 2nd floor, high-speed internet, flat screen LCD TV (international channels via cable as CNN, Eurosport, MTV, Discovery, Rai Uno, ZDF…), ventilator. Large living space with convertible sofa (140cm bed), a designer comfortable chair, dining table for 4, breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. Kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, built in washing machine / dryer. Bedroom: new Kingsize (160cm wide) Simmons bed, clothes storage. Bathroom: shower.

About Paris Marais

Situated in the heart of the Marais, a couple of steps from rue de Rivoli, place des Vosges and the St Paul “village” area. The Marais is the famous quartier full of boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants the heart of fashionable and trendy Parisien life. The St Paul metro station is a mere 50 meters away allowing direct access via line 1 to the most famous tourist sites: Louvre, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Bastille. A 5 minute walk brings you to the Seine, via the Village St Paul crammed with antique shops and boutiques.

Another 5 minutes and you are in the medieval centre of Paris with Notre Dame and Isle St Louis. Within the Marais quartier there are also the Picasso museum, Musée de Paris and the Pompidou centre housing the Modern art museum.
