This 50 sqm Accommodation in Paris is on the 5th floor (no elevator) and it is a typical Marais apartment showing apparent wooden beams, red tomettes floor, etc. It is a miniloft including a sleeping area with a double bed, a large wall cupboard; and a sitting area with an armchair, a sofa convertible and minor furnishings. There is also a desk coin and a dressing room, where you have also a washing machine, iron and iron table.

The bathroom has tub with fixed shower, washbasin. The toilette is in a separate room as per French standard. The kitchen is fully equipped by contact grill, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffeemaker etc.

The apartment has wifi Internet connection for your laptop, TV cable and free telephone for North America and European Union countries.

Our 50 square metres Accommodation in Paris is situated in the Rue Michel le Comte, few steps away from the Centre Pompidou, all world known as Musée Beaubourg. Louvre Museum, Hotel de Ville (City Hall), Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine River with its enchanting islands are in a fair walking distance.

The nearest Metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11), Arts et Metiers (lines 3 & 11). For a direct connection with Parisian airports Charles de Gaulle/Roissy and Orly you have RER B station at Châtelet/Les Halles 300 metres away from the building.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 60 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 59 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .
