Vacation Rental Description

Rue Caulaincourt is one of the loveliest streets in Montmartre. It has huge trees lining each side, making it seem more like a boulevard than a street. It was also the home to many artists in the early, Montmartre days: Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec and Steinlen... The artist community no longer lives along the street, however, it has become one of the most sought after addresses in Montmartre. In addition to the beauty of the architecture and the greenery, you will be impressed at the amount of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, etc., that are in your neighbourhood. If you desired, you could literally spend your whole vacation exploring the shops and eateries.

About Paris Montmartre

Metro Lamarck-Caulaincourt is no more than a couple of minutes away. In addition, the #80 bus has a stop almost in front of the building. This bus has a fantastic route: Place de Clichy and its movies theatres, St. Lazare and the large shopping centres, Madeleine and its gourmet food shops, Champs-Elysees with the Arc de Triomphe, Ecole Militaire and the Eiffel Tour and, at the end of the line, Porte de Versailles with easy access to Chateau de Versailles.

You may check in/out any day of the week. Times are as follows: Check in time: 2PM

Check out time: 10AM If we do not have someone arriving or departing the same day as you, we are very flexible with the times.

For check in/out before 9AM or after 7PM, special arrangements may need to be made.

Booking Deposit
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If you reserve less than 60 days prior to your arrival, we would prefer payment in full.

We accept various methods of payment, including credit cards through an online, secure server at www.PayPal.com

Cancellation
We hope that you don't cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows: 60 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund, less €50 fee If you give less than 60 days notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you a 100% refund, less €50 fee.
Minimum stay: 3 nights

About me: My name is Gail Boisclair, a transplanted Canadian who has been living in Montmartre since 2001. Unlike a lot of people who are expatriots living here, it wasn't a "life long dream" for me to live in Paris. I left Canada in 1997 to spend a few months in the sunny Caribbean. Not surprisingly, a few months, turned into 4 years! While I was there, I met a charming Frenchman (aren't they all) and after a few years, he decided it was time to move back to Paris. When I first visited the city about 15 or so years prior, I fell in love with Montmartre. That is where we moved to, were married, gave birth to our daughter, Yasmin, and continue to live today. The apartment rental business has actually come by accident. I often had friends asking me to recommend places to stay and I have always preferred more unique accommodations to hotels.
