This holiday apartment in Paris is a two-room apartment on the seventh floor of an early 19th century building with an elevator. Although small, this Paris apartment is so full of light and is available for short term rental.

This holiday apartment in Paris has been newly renovated, cleverly designed and fully-equipped, the apartment has a sitting-room with a kitchen nook; these have two windows onto a courtyard and one which looks over rooftops to the Centre Pompidou. The sitting room includes two built-in cupboards, a dining table that seats four and a convertible sofa that sleeps one.

The kitchen nook contains a combination micro-wave/oven, a clothes washer-dryer, an electronic hot-plate and a refrigerator. It is fully equipped so you can eat at home or entertain friends.

The bathroom has a shower with in-built seat and heated towel-rails;

The small bedroom of this Paris apartment contains a double bed and a substantial desk if you want to work in Paris; it has the same view as the kitchen, but with a clearer view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

A free cleaning service once per week is also included.

The rue Rambuteau has a full range of food shops, a supermarket, convenience stores and cafes. There are many good restaurants in the area. The Holiday apartment lies on the edge of the historic Marais, a wonderful area to explore; it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Seine and Notre Dame; 10 minutes to the Musee Picasso, and 15 minutes to the Louvre.

The metro Rambuteau is on the street corner and there are many buses to takes you to most places you might like to visit, including the Opera, department stores and boutiques. It is 10 minutes’ walk to the Forum des Halles which contains dozens of shops of every kind.
