This 66 sqm superb Paris Holiday Apartment in St Germain was newly renovated (April 2009) with tasteful decoration, large living spaces and air conditioned bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms with showers. The place is set on a quiet courtyard with green ivy gracefully framing the windows. The apartments is in one of the best locations in Paris, right in the heart of it all, with public transport just close by.

The building still bears 17th century wooden structures, which adds lots of character. It is on the third floor, (no elevator stairs only).

Both bedrooms have over-sized king beds (which can also be split into twin beds) and quality craftsmanship throughout. There also is a queen size foldout sofa sleeper in the living room, which is of excellent quality with a thick mattress to ensure a comfortable rest. There are also large and plentiful closets in the 2 bedrooms.

Likewise, both bathrooms provide flexibility of use, one is ‘en-suite’ with a shower, sink and towel warmer and sink. The other bathroom has a large shower as well, towel warmer and is most conveniently located near the entryway. Please note there is only one WC separate from the bathrooms. 

This Paris Holiday Apartment in St Germain is in one of the best places in Paris and close to transport ... You can explore all of Paris, with most of the major tourist attractions just a few minute's walk, the Louvre is just across the Seine at about 10 - 12 minutes, the Musée d'Orsay in only 5 minutes, the Saint-Michel is only 10 minutes. Of course, you are also at the heart of Saint Germain des Près, probably the district favorite of most visitors, with many shops and bistros, cafes and entertainment of the same name.
