Paris Apartment: Big Boulevards

This splendid holiday apartment in Paris is located in a 19th century building with concierge. It comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. Located on the edge of the Latin Quarter, this is a wonderful apartment to enjoy Paris.

Located on the 4th floor (with lift), this short term rental receives plenty of light and is spacious and elegantly decorated. In the living room there us a sofabed (140 cm), a separate sofa, a piano that guests can use and it looks out onto the streets below. The dining room is separated by two sliding doors and in total create a space of 120 m2. The dining room can seat 10 people.

The first bedroom has a double bed, a TV and two additional camp beds can be put up. The second and third bedroom also comes with a double bed each and there is plenty of storage space.

The tiles kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

This holiday apartment in Paris is located minutes on the edge of the Latin Quarter on the left bank. This is an alive and touristic district. You'll be close to the Botanical garden and close to the "Rue Mouffetard" and the Universities of the Sorbonne, Jussieu and Tolbiac.
