This Paris accommodation is located in a luxury modern building with a large entrance hall, corridors and 2 elevators. The accommodation is very bright and sunny with its large windows. View onto an amazing open inner courtyard with French garden as a peaceful oasis in this busy area.

The apartment is about 45 sqm with a main room that contains a queen size bed or 2 twin beds, a lounge area with 2 reading chairs and a high quality sofa bed (easy to open), a dining area with a round table.

On the evening, the numerous lamps, including a design iron table lamp, create a warm atmosphere enhanced by the gold frames of the engravings. Just for enjoying the cable TV programs or listening your favourite CD. The separate kitchen offers all main appliances. The bathroom has a large tub and a reliable shower system.

The Paris apartment is very spacious and located at only 200m off the world famous Champs Elysées Avenue .

Cancellation Policy

Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it , if you cancel at any time between the day after you received the Booking Confirmation and the day when the rental balance is due or if the booking is cancelled by us due to nonpayment of the rental balance on time, you will lose your booking deposit.
Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it, if you cancel after the day when the rental balance is due or if you do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, you will lose the full rental cost (only the 'tenant deposit' paid will be refunded less extra charges if applicable). Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay. For stays of 3 months and more, special departure conditions may be applicable upon a specific prior agreement.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .

MODIFICATION
Changes of arrival date, length of stay can be considered as a cancellation. If the modification is accepted by us, a modification fee of 45 Euros will be charged.
