This Paris accommodation is located in an early 19th. century building, remodeled just few years ago. The building is located on picturesque private street and has a small courtyard garden at its back.

Each large studio - or junior suite - of 45 sqm includes a spacious room with a double bed (or 2 twins according your request) a sitting area with sofa (quickly converted into a double quality bed), a reading chair and a coffee table plus a dining area with table and chairs. The TV offers about 20 channels (including CNN and BBC World).

A separate kitchen with window is equipped with microwave oven, washer-dryer and dish-washer. White-tiled bathroom with tub and shower combination and in room toilet.

The Paris apartment is a very downtown address with a high level of comfort with the attractive popular atmosphere of les Grands Boulevards right in downtown Paris.

The Bergere Opera is located in the lively historical centre of Paris , close to the Garnier Opera House and the Stock Exchange. In this area, just at your door, there are many famous brasseries, cinemas, theatres, supermarkets to choose from, as well as pedestrian covered malls and a typical open-air market nearby.

The metro stop 'Grands Boulevards', with 2 convenient lines, is only at 200 meter.

Cancellation Policy

Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it , if you cancel at any time between the day after you received the Booking Confirmation and the day when the rental balance is due or if the booking is cancelled by us due to nonpayment of the rental balance on time, you will lose your booking deposit.
Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it, if you cancel after the day when the rental balance is due or if you do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, you will lose the full rental cost (only the 'tenant deposit' paid will be refunded less extra charges if applicable). Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay. For stays of 3 months and more, special departure conditions may be applicable upon a specific prior agreement.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, you must have cancellation insurance with our company or with the insurance company of your choice. Cancellation insurance is valid only in the areas of the European Union. Travel insurance also warrant fires, water damage, and is compulsory for all rentals in France. You must be able to attest to this coverage regardless of the duration of your stay with the insurance company of your choice .

MODIFICATION
Changes of arrival date, length of stay can be considered as a cancellation. If the modification is accepted by us, a modification fee of 45 Euros will be charged.
