Located in the heart of Paris, this 55 sqm holiday apartment in Paris Chatelet is on the top floor (7th) of a nineteen thirties building (with an elevator). It has a fantastic view of Paris including of the Eiffel Tower, the Saint Eustache church and the Pompidou centre. The living room is modern, bright and nicely decorated with wooden floor. The air con system will provide a nice temperature even during the hot summer season. There is one queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The bathroom and the kitchen have recently been renovated. The apartment building is also fully secrured with two security doors with digicode and an interphone.

This holiday apartment in Paris Chatelet is located right between Le Marais and les Halles areas, on the Fountain Stravinsky designed by Nicky de Saint Phale and Jean Tinguely. It is facing the Side of the Pompidou Centre. The apartment is within easy walking distance to many famous landmarks. The area abounds in restaurants, cafes, market streets and fashion boutiques. If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured). - Cancellation Policy
Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.
Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
Requesting an apartment or date change from that of your confirmed booking is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change an apartment or date; you must make a new booking. This is regarded as a new booking and is subject to our terms and conditions.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
