Situated in a building which has been built in 1639 by Le Vau, the builder of Chäteau de Versailles, this holiday apartment in Paris islocated in the hearth of St Louis island, which is in the hearth of Paris by 1 min walking from Notre-Dame church. It is a very chic building with large wooden door, opened on a quiete and paved courtyard.

The holiday apartment is entirely decorated in 17th and 18th century style with 3,5m height ceiling, stained glasses, original wooden beams, parquet floor, old doors and "tomettes" tiling, Murano glosses and locks, walls with apparent stones. The living room is very luminous and offers has a table with chairs, sofa-bed, armchairs, Louis XIII fireplace, mirrors and old pieces of furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and the golden venitian style bedroom overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with original bonnetière and several cupboards. The bathroom is decorated with a fact-hand tiling and famous french brand taps and there is a seperate WC in the Paris apartment.

This is a wonderful location for this holiday apartment in Paris, right in the main street of St Louis island, just behind the Notre-Dame church. You are also few minutes far from the Latin quarter (in the south) with Sorbonne university, St Michel boulevard, St Germain des Près church..., or from Marais district (in the north), one of the oldest of Paris, with Place des Vosges, Hotel de ville, Georges Pompidou center...

This neighbourhood is full of cafés, restaurants and shops. You have also the Louvre museum or Orsay museum within few minutes by bus.
