This charming holiday apartment in Paris is located in the calm 5th district in an old building, close to the Botanical garden and the street Mouffetard. The apartment building is secured with a double code though the area is quite safe.

The Paris holiday apartment sleeps up 2 couples or a family comfortably and a fifth person can stay here, as well. Renovated well in 2004, the Paris short-term rental has an independent central heating, Internet high speed, cable, telephone and a baby bed on request. One of the bedrooms features a king-size bed and the second a queen-size bed. In the living room you will find a sofa and a single sofa bed for the fifth person, as well as a cable TV, DVD playe and a table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric burners and coffee maker and the bathroom provides a shower.
