This Paris holiday apartment has just been renovated. The apartment overlooks a courtyard, it is bright, clear and quiet.

The living room of this apartment is furnished with two arm-chairs, a sofa-bed for 2 persons, a small table, and a dining table for 6 persons. The apartment is equipped with: TV, stereo system, mobile phone with card.

A small terrace offers you a nice reading place. The adjoining well-sized kitchen is equipped with four electric hotplates, a traditional and a microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, mixer and overhead cupboards.

The bedroom is comfortably equipped with two single beds and one sofa-bed for two persons. The tiled bathroom has a bath-tub with shower and a double basin. Toilet is separated, together with the washing machine. Ironing board and iron. Electric heating. Linen supplied

Within easy walking distance, either to the Latin Quarter -direction South - (Sorbonne University, Boulevard Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Pres church), or to the Le Marais district - direction North - which is one of the most ancient districts of Paris (Place des Vosges, Hotel de Ville, George Pompidou Centre). The area abound in restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The Louvre or Orsay museums are only a few minutes trip by bus or underground.
