Sunny, modern and quiet, this sumptuous 1 bedroom Paris apartment is located in a very green area of Paris: the "Place Dauphine" on Paris island "Ile de la Cite". You are close to the old Pont-Neuf, the Notre Dame Church and the very animated rue de Seine and rue de Buci.

Paris apartment "La Dauphine" is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and as the living room is south-facing, a lot of day light is coming through the 4 large windows. The apartment was recently renovated with high-quality furnishings (kitchen and bathroom are from Boffi) and the decoration is a tasteful mix of contemporary furniture, French and oriental antiques and modern art.

In the living room of this Paris apartment, there is a convertible sofa suitable for an extra couple or children. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom is with shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped allowing you to cook the fresh produce you bought in the nearby Rue de Seine market.

This Paris apartment is located right on the square Dauphine, which was once the first botanical garden of the city. Today it abounds with shops and restaurants and is just a few minutes away from Saint Germain des Pres area and the famous Seine river. Sites on the Ile de la Cite include the famous gothic Notre Dame cathedral, the Conciergerie prison, where Marie Antoinette awaited execution in 1793 and the Sainte-Chapelle, built in 1245 as a reliquary to house the Crown of Thorns and a piece of the True Cross.
