Vacation Rental Description

Within a beautiful protected building you will find this vacation apartment in Paris. The elevator goes up until 7th floor and then it is necessary to assemble the last walkings until 8th.

On the ground level there is a large entry, the salon/dining room with sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access on the terrace. A cosy living room is equipped with a large TV screen front Plasma and a settee. There is also a large room for children with a multi-stage bed, and a bathroom with WC.

By a spiral staircase you will reach the first level which was initially an office equipped with a computer with ADSL, a piano, if you are pianist!, a beautiful double room with a terrace, a bathroom with bath-tub and WC. A System of intercoms allows you to communicate through the Paris apartment. An external staircase arrives at a room with WC and shower-room. This room is equipped with a bed of 120 cm.

The whole vacation apartment is surrounded by terraces from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Paris.

This vacation apartment in Paris is located directly in the heart of the district of Batignolles, where you are 5 direct subway stations away from the Elysées Fields, and 4 stations from Montmartre. A bus (n°63) stops in front of the building and takes you directly to the Garnier Opera, the big department stores and the “grands boulevards” with many theatres and restaurants. A carpark can be at your disposal with 100 meters of the apartment.
