This charming 47 sqm one bedroom Holiday Apartment in Paris is located in one of Paris most exclusive yet unknown area, close to Parc de Monceau. The apartment is tucked away on a tiny side street, providing a quiet haven after a day in the city.

The corridor leads directly into a living room with large windows, an antique armoire and bookcase (with plenty of guide books about Paris) as well as a traditional, French gold mirror over the fireplace. The bright and sunny dining room has a lovely antique table making it just right for enjoying a meal at home or some coffee and a fresh croissant in the morning.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has all of the conveniences you would need to prepare anything from light snacks to sumptuous meals (made with a fresh selection of ingredients from the rue de Levis marché).

The bedroom is accessible either by walking through the living room or by going through the kitchen area to the bathroom. It has a comfortable queen sized bed. For your convenience, we have a classic armoire to store your belongings in, reading lights on either side of the bed and an alarm clock (although we hope you have come for a relaxing vacation and not use it too much).

The bright bathroom combines toilet and bathroom and has all the modern amenities needed with an over sized shower head.

Area

In addition to the park, you are right at rue de Levis, one of the best year-round street markets in Paris. You can find everything you need for a picnic, a sumptuous ready-made meal at home, or the makings of your own feast. Outstanding charcuteries, poissonnerie, fromagerie, boulangerie, the best wine shops, bakeries, chocolates- it's all just a few steps from the front door. 

Metro Villiers, one of the best metro stops in the city, connects you to Metro lines 2 and 3, giving you quick, no change access to many of Paris's high spots- everything from the Champs Elysee to Galleries Lafayette!

  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
