Vacation Rental Description

This Villa is our home from home we spent a lot of time time making sure that our Villa has everything you will need to make your holiday in Florida memorable.

We have a 25ft private pool which faces S.E. and is adjoined by an executive spa where you can enjoy a luxurious soak. The pool is secured with a child proof fence which can be removed if required. The deck boasts an extra 5 feet and we have provided good quality loungers, chairs and tables along with a couple of umbrellas. There is enough pool furniture for 10 people. For added safety plastic plates and tumblers have been provided for use on the pool deck. To enhance your stay at our Villa we have recently added a Games Room with pool table and a foosball table

While staying at Villa Dunedin you can enjoy free local and long distance telephone calls (USA only) and for those of you who cannot bear to be parted from your laptop we also have a wireless hotspot, the encryption code will be supplied when the booking is confirmed.

If you have a baby we have provided a cot, highchair and stroller, free of charge. Older children can enjoy the use of the Playstation 2 and selection of children's books and games. There are 2 Living areas, the first is our beautiful Golf themed Living room with formal dining table and selection of golf books.

The second is the Family room with its 32" T.V. There is a good selection of board games both adult and child, a selection of adult books and over 70 childrens books.

We have 2 master suites both with en-suite bathrooms. The Queen sized pool bedroom opens out onto the extended pool deck. In the cupboard you will find towels for you to use outside around the pool. The master bedroom has a King sized bed. Both twin bedded rooms share the third bathroom. Each room has built in wardrobes with hangers.

The three seater sofa in the Formal Living room pulls down into a double bed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, as well as all the usual white goods, we have a generous amount of all your eating, drinking and cooking utensils, lots of glasses, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Our kitchen has been set up to make it feel like your own at home. There is a utility room with washer and tumble drier. We have also provided a clothes airer for those items which cannot be tumble dried.b

Villa Dunedin is a stunning 4 Bed 3 Bath house which enjoys an elevated position on a corner plot at Glenbrook Resort, located only 8 miles from Disney. Glenbrook is on Hwy 27.

There are a number of supermarkets close to the Villa including a WalMart superstore less than a mile away. Alternatively if you prefer to eat out there is a wide selection of establishments within a short drive to choose from.
